Peanut Butter Chews

For those who grew up in San Diego... remember those great Peanut Butter Chews from the school cafeteria? I still crave them and hoped to one day find the recipe. I just stumbled across this! I haven't tried it yet but will be trying this recipe soon! Enjoy!

Are these "Lunch Lady Bars"?? If so, you can get them at the new Gordy's Bakery on Encinitas Blvd behind the CoCo's!! MMMMMMMMMMMM!
